Trying to find a senior photographer in Colorado can be a daunting process – There are so many choices! You also have to consider where the photographer is located, if they are willing to travel or if you will have to travel to them, how much they charge, what they provide, are there extra fees for edits, if they allow outfit changes, if they have any availability…
Thankfully for me and her, Liam’s mom had an easy choice in picking out a photographer! As Liam’s cousin, I felt honored to be asked and trusted to take his senior photos, and it was probably the most fun I’ve ever had during a senior session.
This photo shoot, or should I say photo shoots, took place on two different days, in an abundance of different locations, along with his friend Kaylee who was also in need of senior pictures. While Liam didn’t do quite as many outfit changes as Kaylee, we were able to get a wide variety of different looks and poses for Liam and my aunt to choose between.
The above photos, taken in Old Town Fort Collins, are an example of using photoshop to achieve a different look with the same location/shot.
Its also a perfect example of how to pose and smile even when you happen to see a mouse run by.
If desired with a session, I can change background colors, outfit colors, edit in words for an announcement, you name it! Another way to make a senior photo session fun and unique is to do a magical or creative edit, or a silhouette composite of your senior.
YEARBOOK PHOTO
After a senior photo shoot, you’ll be able to select a photo for your senior’s high school yearbook submission. For my clients, I am more that happy to optimize and resize that image for you, to meet your high school’s requirements. This photo was Liam’s choice!
Summer Photo Shoot In Colorado
From Colorado Springs through Fort Collins, I’ve photographed some incredible locations, and summer is the best time for vibrant and bright images. Getting your senior photos finished before school starts in the fall will help relieve stress and will be one less thing to worry about finishing during what is sure to be a busy school year! Liam’s photos were taken both at the end of June, and in September, with the nature photos at different locations throughout Colorado Springs.
