Once you have read about what to expect from being a junior model rep at Amare Clara Photography, you may want to apply to be part of the program. If so, great! My goal is to make everything as easy and straightforward as possible, so I try to answer potential questions and provide lots of information for you.
Questions to Consider before Applying:
Before you take the time to apply, here are some questions for both the junior reps and a parent or guardian to take into consideration.
SENIOR REPS:
Are you currently a Junior in high school?
Do you live in Colorado Springs or Fort Collins, and attend a public, private, or charter high school? (ACP Rep program is currently only open to students in these 2 locations)
Do you like having your picture taken?
Are you active on social media?
Are you willing to post the photos you receive on social media, and make sure to tag Amare Clara Photography and include the website to the description?
Would you be willing to encourage your friends to sign up for senior pictures with ACP?
PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
Are you willing for your high school Junior to participate in Amare Clara Photography’s Junior Model Rep program?
Are you okay with ACP sharing photos of the student on their business social media platforms?
Are you willing to hold your student accountable for social media posts, keeping them on schedule if they are not able to on their own?
Do you understand that to be part of the program, you must pay for a summer senior photo session upfront?
Do you recognize that once my availability fills up, I will no longer be able to book additional senior sessions, and thus no more referral reimbursement will be able to be earned?
Do you agree for your student to participate in a Spring photoshoot (in March or April) in addition to their summer photoshoot?
Are you okay with the Amare Clara Photography social media pages following your students in return both so your student can be tagged, and so ACP can confirm that photos have been shared by the student?
Do you acknowledge that failure to uphold the conditions (will be provided in contract) of being a senior model rep for ACP disqualifies students from earning any money from referrals?
If both Students and Parents/Guardians Can reply “YES” to each of the previous questions, then being a Junior Model Rep for Amare Clara Photography seems like it would be a great fit!

APPLICATION QUESTIONS
What is your name?
What is the name of your parent or guardian?
What is a good email to use when contacting your parent or guardian?
What High School do you attend? (This is so I can confirm that you live in either Fort Collins or Colorado Springs, and that I do not choose any Senior Model Reps from the same high school)
Why do you want to be a Junior model rep for Amare Clara Photography?
Are you involved in any sports, extra curricular activities, or have any particular hobbies? (I love to try and incorporate these into your photoshoots!)
Have you looked through www.amareclaraphotography.com and ACP’s photos on IG (www.instagram.com/amareclara), and are the photos similar to what you would like for your own senior pictures? If so, what do you like about the photos you have seen?
What form of social media do you use the most? Do you have multiple platforms that you use?
How would you describe your sense of style?
How do you think your friends would describe you if they were answering this question?
Once I have received your Application Questions, I will make sure I think you would be a good fit to be a Junior Model Rep for ACP. If I decide you would be, I will email my contract to your parent/guardian to have them and you look over and sign if you agree to it, and to provide options for paying the fee for your summer session.
I will also let you know if I choose not to have you sign up to be a model rep, so you aren’t waiting and wondering. Please know that there are a variety of reasons this may be, such as I may have already chosen someone from your school, you live too far, it may be too late in the year to sign up, instructions were not followed, or I may have already filled up the limited number of spots available. Even if you are not chosen, know that I would still love for you to sign up for a session in the summer with me! I try to make them fun and memorable, and give you wonderful photos, including one that is a bit magical 🙂
